Amy McGowan, the Founder and Principal of KaizEngage Global has a passion for operational excellence, student engagement, and success. With over a decade of senior executive leadership in higher education, Amy specializes in fostering public-private partnerships, spearheading international higher education collaboration efforts, and cultivating high-performance teams. Her proven track record extends to working with non-profit organizations, where her engaging leadership style shines in nurturing strong relationships with executive stakeholders and students alike.

Before establishing KaizEngage Global, Amy had a distinguished career in international higher education, notably spearheading the expansion of INTO University Partnerships across the United States. Starting as Operations Manager at INTO Oregon State University in 2008, she progressed to become Senior Vice President for North America, departing in 2022. During her tenure, Amy initiated and oversaw the launch of numerous university partnerships and played a key role in collaborations with public and private institutions nationwide. Amy served on twelve university partnership boards and continues contributing as a Trustee on the INTO Giving board.
